Operator and scope

Bien Atendido is a service of PAULJA LLC. Each project includes a proposal stating deliverables, channels, limits, usage, support, testing, and the activation date.

Prices, payments, and overages

Prices are in USD. Taxes, licenses, advertising, usage, and integrations outside the scope are disclosed in advance. We do not charge overages that were not described.

Cancellation and ownership

Cancellation and any required notice are stated in the proposal. We recommend that the client’s domain remain in the client’s name. At the end, we provide access and a reasonable export as defined in the scope. Third-party services may require the client’s own accounts.

Responsible use

You may not use the systems for automated cold calls, deception, impersonation, spam, or illegal activity. Sensitive decisions remain with authorized people.

No business guarantees

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, search rankings, or recommendations by outside platforms. We correct defects under the agreed acceptance criteria.

Availability and third parties

Services may depend on Twilio, Cloudflare, Google, Meta, ElevenLabs, or other providers. Maintenance or third-party changes may temporarily affect availability.
