Controller and data

PAULJA LLC, the operator of Bien Atendido, stores the information you submit: name, business, city, state, phone, optional email, your stated need, consent, referral source, and technical records.

Purpose and retention

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, operate a purchased service, protect our systems, and meet our obligations. We keep inquiries for up to 24 months unless the law requires otherwise or we receive a valid deletion request.

Service providers

We may use Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, Twilio for phone service, ElevenLabs for voice, and Google for fonts, email, calendars, or analytics. When applicable, WhatsApp or Meta processes messages under its terms. We share only what is needed to provide the service.

Automated assistants and calls

Elena and other assistants identify themselves as automated. Calls may be processed to provide an answer. If recording applies, notice is given at the start as required by the configuration and the law. You may ask for a person.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. To stop messages, reply STOP, CANCEL, or an equivalent phrase.

Security, minors, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is infallible. The service is not directed to anyone under 18. We will post material changes here with a new effective date.
