I’m Paul Jaramillo, an Ecuadorian business owner in the United States and the owner of PAULJA LLC. I build bilingual websites and systems for small businesses that want to handle calls and messages more consistently.
My family has operated Trionica, a family computer shop, since 1990. I learned that technology is useful when it respects how people work and someone responds when something breaks.
I use my own servers and specialized services as each project requires. Before anything goes live, I explain what the system will do, what it will not do, what data it uses, and what it costs.
